Order Cancellation
You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at contact@urbanstash.in
Please note that if you confirmed the order and Once the order is in Printing stage in the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or changed sizes.
Return Policy
Product Return
If you have received some different product(Size /Color) , or there is any printing error no worries, We will replace the product once we received the product at our warehouse for approval of replacement with valid reason and quality check done.
You have to raise a replacement request & submit proof within hours of delivery

Customisation
-> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty from our end then the customer can proceed the replacement request.
-> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
-> The color of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
Made To Order Product
-We make made-to-order products. It is a manufacturing process in which the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received. Our all Products are made to order product
We start printing any Tshirt/Romper /Milestone Blanket once we recieve confirmed order from your end
> So There is no return or replacement on our product under any circumstances
However, we assure you that we happily take a return if there any manufacturing printing deffect from our end

Shipping & Delivery
-Please check the estimated delivery date section on the product page while placing the order
-You might experience delay in delivery due to Covid 19 pandemic third wave . We appreciate your kind understanding in this regards .Once the order is printed and dispatched from our warehouse,It can’t be canceled and refunded on the ground of late delivery. We won’t be able to compensate you any mental agony caused to you due to late delivery .Please read our T&C for the same
-If you provide any wrong or incomplete address /Mobile Number, we are not responsible for your shipment being misplaced /delayed in delivery for the same.
When you provide a wrong or incomplete address ,in most cases product will get RTO initiated (as courier company wont be able to find the address) which means it will come back to our warehouse.It will take 15 -18 days to get product deliver to our warehouse by courier company when it marks as RTO. If you want us to ship back the same product ,you need to bear the shipping charges of Rs 79/ – per 500 gm . So we humbly request you to please give complete & correct address .
-Please directly right to us in case of any shipping related query . Urban Stash and shipping company won’t be able to update the address once it’s dispatch from our warehouse .You can write to us at contact@urbanstash.in for any address updation before dispatch
