What are the terms of the Return Policy?

• If you are raising return request on the ground of printing error/Received different product , please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of product along with clear photos and video of product, the order copy, and details of the issue by writing to us at return@urbanstash.in.
• You have to pay shipping charges for sending back new size to you . Shipping charges will be 79 Rs/- per 500 Gram
• we will issue the urbanstash coupon on behalf of same amount of shipping charge

We don’t provide product exchange on Colors and design.

How do I return?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address shared by the customer support team after approval of your Return/exchange request.

Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company. We will initiate replacement only after we inspect the returned package thoroughly for Quality check . Once we checked we will dispatch the necessary size in 3-5 working days

Overall timeline for Size Replacement (after receiving product in our warehouse) is approx. 10- 15 days(3-5 days to dispatch new size & 7-9 days to deliver), hence we request you all to choose size correctly and be hassle-free

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

NOTE 1: All the products brought with a coupon, Loyalty points  or Gift Card purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. 

Does Urban Stash reserve the right to deny return request?

Yes. We hold all rights to deny the return request. Our Product goes for various stage quality check before we dispatch it to you. We maintain full proof of product from printing to dispatch. Once your return is received and inspected, 

– If we are approving your return request on the ground of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the same product. There will not be any changes in the existing design or T-shirt color or size. We have a strict policy against wardrobing where customer raised return requests after damaging our product and asking for change in color & design . Replacement will be only done once we receive product to warehouse & quality check done.

-Urban Stash reserves the right to deny a claim if we found any mismatch in product proof submitted by you for return request & dispatched product evidence available with us( if you are raising return request on the ground of manufacturing defect)

Exchange for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Urban Stash if:

* The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If Urban Stash Quality Check team find even a slight sign that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, Urban Stash shall reserve the right to reject the exchange of the Product . 
* The Product has been washed

If our quality check team found a slight sign of usage/wash in  the product . 

We hold the product with us and you have to pay shipping charges of Rs 79/- to send back the same product to you (Same size which you sent back). Please pack the item securely in the condition we have sent it to you.

We request you to please check Fitting Guide & Size chart of the product, read product description, read reviews for real images and  Measure your size and select carefully before placing an order for the hassle-free shopping experience.

Yes…You can save Environment too by reducing carbon footprint because When you return a Phone, it can be refurbished and sold as new. But when you return clothes they rarely get re-sold. A share of those goods will be discarded in landfills.
